Warranty Activation & Core Return Instructions

This warranty activation form is required to be completed for your warranty to be valid.

The Nordic Model number and Serial number needed for the form below, can be found in the following places:

Nordic replacement unit
Warranty Activation paperwork
Core Return tag

Please see the photos below for more information on where to find the correct numbers. (Do not send Norcold or Dometic numbers, please send Nordic Cooling Unit numbers!)

Note: Every Nordic remanufactured cooling unit has a prepaid FedEx shipping label included with the paperwork in the Ziploc bag attached to the unit. Please use this label to ship the core back.
